Heavy Duty Battery Interconnects

Battery cables for your solar power systemSolar power systems with inverters larger than 1000 watts should use 2/0 or larger battery interconnects. Systems with smaller inverters can use 2 gauge battery interconnects. Solar power systems where currents never exceed 30 amps can use 4 gauge interconnects. Use 9" or 12" cables for connecting 6 volt batteries in series. Use 12" or 18" cables for parallel connections, depending on your battery configuration and type.

Cables have flexible stranded copper wire and solid lugs. Available in #4, #2, 2/0 and 4/0
