The Suntie inverter is intended for use as a grid-tie system which backfeeds the electrical power from a solar array into the public utility line. This offsets the amount of kWh you would normally find on your electric bill and therefore reduces your monthly utility cost to the degree of your solar production. The more powerful your solar array the more utility bill reduction you receive each month. It does not provide back up power during utility power failures.

The PS Series sine wave inverter for 12 or 24 volt systems. Sine wave power without some of the SW Series added features. A lower cost alternative than the SW Series, but still has all the needed functions such as powerful internal battery charger, internal transfer switch and it can be stacked for 120/240vac too.
