Solar or Wind Water Pumping

We have the equipment you need to pump water using solar or wind power. In addition to being able to power your AC 120/240 submersible with solar or wind power, we offer several water pumps designed to pump with low voltage DC current, without the need for one or more DC to AC inverters which can increase your overall costs. We carry Simple Pump, Dankoff ETAPumping Systems, Shurflow and Grundfos pumps.

One of our pumps, the Simple Pump, easily fits down inside your existing well casing and can be used as a backup for your existing submersible or as a primary pump. This unit also converts to hand-pumping in about four minutes for extreme emergencies. It will hand pump from up to 500 feet, and motorize pump from 240 feet.

The ETA Pump units can provide verticle lift up to 750 feet and can operate on a few solar panels providing about a gallon per minute at this depth or much more volume at lower depths. They work well for many homeowners, remote cabins or other applications. These units have only 1 moving part," no brushes or diaphrams" which elimenates two potential problem areas.

For nearly two decades, cattlemen, farmers and villages have relied on solar water pumping to deliver water at remote sites. Today, more and more residential applications are using solar or wind energy to meet household requirements.

Of all the things important,
nothing is more important than your water supply.

Besides filling stock-tanks for livestock or other uses, using a water tank or reservoir with either of these pumps for residential uses is easy. The pump fills the reservoir and can then you can supply demand requirements using a 12v pressure pump which draws water from the reservoir for example. Or, you can use a standard pressure tank and pressure switch. This way your entire water system is operating from either solar or wind power at lower DC voltage.
